Cardiac Treadmill Stress test
Positron Emission Test (PET): Detects cancer cells long before tumors can be seen on x-rays, CT’s, or MRI scans. (This includes a personal review of your test results with the Nuclear Medicine Physician)
Complete Visual Acuity and Audiometry
Stroke Screening (Ultrasound: carotids, legs, and abdomen- Screen for Atherosclerosis-fatty plaque disease)
Consultation with a Registered Dietitian
Consultation with an Exercise Physiologist
May select ONE of the following tests:

Chest x-ray
Pulmonary Function Test (lung capacity screen)
Mammogram

Complete medical history review by board certified physician, male or female available

Approximately 4 ½ hours

The following tests may be added to any package:

Personal Wellness Profile: This is a comprehensive profile that is calculated by analyzing a number of predominate risk factors including bio-stats, family history, lifestyle, and existing disease conditions that contribute to the onset of disease. It takes several risk factors, and on the average, 10 years to develop a chronic disease. This test takes 15 minutes to complete and is available upon request on the day of your exam.

Colonoscopy - Recommended at fifty years of age.
